The Angling Trust is looking for talented coarse anglers who would like to apply for the England assessment trial for Anglers with Disabilities.
The FIPSed 21st Disabled World Championship is due to be staged on the Pisa/Scolmatore Channel, Italy from 15th – 16th June 2019 and a team is required to represent the Angling Trust.
This year saw England’s angler Elliot Fay win bronze in the individual category and the team bring home the bronze medal on the Stara Mura Podturen river in Croatia.
Where and when
The Angling Trust Team England assessment trial for Anglers with Disabilities will take place at Sutton Bonington, Nottinghamshire on Thursday 29th November 2018.
Meet on the bank at 8.30am with fishing from 10.30am – 2.30pm.
Applicants who are invited along must impress the Angling Trust England Team Manager, John Weeden who will be looking for talented anglers who have the ability to fish under pressure and to international rules. Rules are available on the FIPSed website at http://www.fips-ed.com.
