QUENTIN PACHER
« I’m feeling better and better. I lost a bit of time with a flu episode before the Tour Down Under, but I’m back in shape now. I wanted to race the Australian events for several reasons: the courses suit me, the discovery of new landscapes, and the fact that I wanted to start my season as soon as possible, because the last one was shortened. I want to get a result before I go home, so that I can come back full of confidence and get on with the European programme. »

JUSSI VEIKKANEN
« The Cadel Road Race is the final opportunity to wrap up the work of the last two weeks. The whole team is extremely motivated and wants everything we’ve put in place to pay off. We have a strong team with several cards to play, which is an advantage. The event often concludes with a sprint in a small group, so we’ll have to be vigilant because it’s likely to be a race of moves. »
