Over the next 12 months, we are creating the World’s biggest instagram coaching resource – AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We are turning our instagram account into a video catalogue of drills, exercises, plays and tips delivered by female coaches around the World.
We want to showcase your skills & knowledge and support other coaches in their learning whilst promoting the incredible women who coach around the Globe.
If you want to be a part of it, all you have to do is send us your video and we may post it up on our instagram page for all to watch and learn!
Here are the rules:
i) Video must be no longer than 30 seconds & include the female coach somewhere in it (i.e. in the background, coaching, etc) as well as athlete (s) performing the exercise.
ii) Must include a title for the video and an explanation as to what the drill / exercise is for (i.e. to improve an athletes flexibility, or improve their game awareness etc)
iii) Please include your name, sport and nationality in the email
iv) By submitting the video to the FCN, you are allowing the FCN to use on their social media and website channels.
v) You can submit as many different videos as you like!
Each month, a video will be chosen as ‘Video of the Month’ and the winner will receive some FCN Merch!
